Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

At AutoAssures.com, we strive to provide valuable services to our subscribers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.

Subscription Plans

AutoAssures.com offers various subscription plans that provide access to auto insurance comparison tools, personalized quotes, exclusive member benefits, and other insurance-related information. Each plan is billed according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of subscription and the timing of your refund request:

  • Trial Period: If you cancel within the trial period (if applicable), you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
  • First 7 Days: Requests submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
  • After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase are generally not eligible for refund, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring Subscriptions

For recurring (monthly or annual) subscriptions:

  • Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged
  • If you cancel after the renewal charge, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not typically provided

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email our support team at info@autoassures.com
  • Step 2: Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests)
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank or credit card company
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (may have different refund terms)

PayPal Subscriptions

If you subscribed through PayPal, refunds will be processed to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal may have its own processing times and policies that apply in addition to ours.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to services until that date.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
